What happens after checkout
New to nufaar? Here is what happens after you place an order, so you always know what to expect.
You choose from the delivery methods available for your address and see the price before payment.
Business-day orders placed before 14:00 are prepared for same-day dispatch whenever possible.
When the parcel leaves us, you receive a tracking link to follow the delivery.
Your carrier delivers to your address or notifies you when pickup-point collection is ready.
After your order ships
You do not need to chase the courier alone. We keep tracking visible and help with delivery issues when they happen.
Every shipped order receives a tracking number. Once the package leaves us, you receive a notification with a tracking link so you can follow the parcel.
The courier may attempt a second delivery, move the parcel to a pickup point, or return it to us. Contact support and we will help you arrange the next step.
If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number. We will open a courier investigation and help resolve it with the right next step.
