You do not need to chase the courier alone. We keep tracking visible and help with delivery issues when they happen.
Order tracking
Every shipped order receives a tracking number. Once the package leaves us, you receive a notification with a tracking link so you can follow the parcel.
Failed delivery or missed pickup
The courier may attempt a second delivery, move the parcel to a pickup point, or return it to us. Contact support and we will help you arrange the next step.
Lost, delayed, or damaged parcels
If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number. We will open a courier investigation and help resolve it with the right next step.
