Collect your order from a nearby pickup location at a time that suits you.
We offer tens of thousands of pickup points across Europe, ensuring a convenient place to collect your parcel wherever you are.

2. Home or Office Delivery

Have your order delivered directly to your address.
A courier will bring your package to your home or workplace within the estimated delivery window for your region.

Same-Day Shipping

  • Orders placed before 14:00 (2 PM) on business days are shipped the same day.
  • Orders placed after 14:00 or on weekends/public holidays are processed the next working day.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times depend on the destination country and the chosen delivery method. Average delivery times:

  • Baltic countries: 1–3 working days
  • Central Europe: 2–5 working days
  • Western & Southern Europe: 3–7 working days
  • Remote regions & islands: may take slightly longer

Order Tracking

Failed Delivery / Pickup

If the courier cannot deliver your parcel or if it is not picked up on time:

  • The courier may attempt a second delivery, or
  • The parcel may be returned to the pickup location or sender

If this happens, please contact our support team and we will help arrange a new shipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

contact us immediately. We will open an investigation with the courier and ensure a fast resolution, including reshipment or refund.
