As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason. This 14-day period begins on the day you receive your goods.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision before the cancellation period ends. You can do this by contacting our customer support team via email or the contact form on our website. A clear statement that you wish to cancel the order is sufficient.
Fragrance products can only be returned if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened perfume bottles or used items cannot be accepted.
Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued using the same payment method you used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
