We sell perfumes and related fragrance products online to customers in European Union countries. All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. We only sell products that are currently in stock and do not accept backorders.
5. Product Information and Warnings
Customers are solely responsible for determining whether they can safely use our perfume products. We are not responsible for any allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or other adverse effects that may result from product use. Please read all product descriptions and ingredient lists carefully before purchasing.
6. Pricing and Payment
6.1 Pricing
- All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable VAT
- Prices are automatically updated and may change without notice
- The price you pay is the price displayed at the time of order completion
- Delivery costs are clearly displayed before order completion and cannot be changed after order placement
6.2 Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Visa and Mastercard
- Apple Pay and Google Pay
- Local payment methods available through our payment processor (including Klarna, EPS, and others depending on your country)
6.3 Payment Processing
Payment must be received in full before products are shipped. We use secure payment processing systems to protect your financial information.
7. Orders and Order Processing
7.1 Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order but merely acknowledges receipt.
7.2 Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
7.3 Same-Day Processing
Orders placed before 13:00 (Estonia time) on business days will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 13:00 or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
8. Shipping and Delivery
8.1 Shipping Areas
We ship to all European Union countries.
8.2 Shipping Carriers
We use the following shipping carriers: DPD, Venipak, Omniva, LP Express, Itella, Packeta, Novapost, UPS, and Lithuanian Post.
8.3 Delivery Times
Delivery times range from 1 to 10 business days across Europe, depending on the shipping method selected and destination country.
8.4 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and selected shipping method. All shipping costs are clearly displayed before order completion.
8.5 Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
9. Returns and Refunds
9.1 Return Period
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return products for a full refund.
9.2 Return Conditions
Due to hygiene regulations under EU law regarding cosmetic products, we can only accept returns of unopened items in their original packaging. Opened perfume products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
9.3 Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at info@nufaar.com within 14 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We will provide return instructions
- Package items securely in original packaging
- Ship items back using a trackable shipping method
9.4 Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
9.5 Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned items. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

10.1 Account Creation
You may create an account using your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
10.2 Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time. Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal data except for information we are required to retain by law.
